8.2 User-Initiated Account Closure

9.3 Limitation of Liability

10.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of jljl53 Services, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. jljl53 will make good-faith efforts to resolve disputes amicably through direct communication.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. or another mutually agreed arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in the English language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

10.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings, whether in arbitration or court, shall be conducted only on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against jljl53.

11. General Provisions

11.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

jljl53 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, labor disputes, telecommunications failures, or internet service disruptions.
